The story of Werner Schlömerkemper, a 75 year-old man who starts to rebuild the Berlin Wall. He soon attracts the attention of the whole neighbourhood, although no one really knows his true motives. A Romeo and Juliet story, touching on themes of misunderstanding and xenophobia.
