Since the British train privatization proved so successful, the German government has decided to follow their lead and privatize their own rail service. On the surface, the film is about a train robbery by rail officials, but upon closer observation is more a nostalgia peice about the red vinyl seats, pink-red elephants and the often critical and serious rail employees.
