The Mo&Friese Young Short Film Festival and Kurzfilm Verleih have added a new short film program to the popular Mo&Friese unterwegs series: Neuland is all about friendship, family, diversity, new impressions and unpredictable twists and turns.
Routines structure everyday life and convey a sense of security. But life becomes much more exciting when you do things differently. Mo&Friese unterwegs Neuland shows animals, people and even construction machinery facing different challenges:
A squirrel wants to soar high into the clouds, a small fish holds its own against a voracious seagull, fantastic mythical creatures inspire courage, a patchwork family has to find its good spirit again, and an excavator practises on the ironing board.
Neuland has a running time of 55:55 minutes and contains five short films for children aged five and over. The program can be booked for cinemas and schools in German-speaking countries.
Films included:
Lulina and the Moon
Shark or Hyena
Semiotics of the Home
Head in the Clouds
Pond
